After much deliberation Lancashire farmer Bob Robinson chose two Technogel artisan ice cream machines, a Mixtronic 110 and a Mantegel 70, supplied by Alfred & Co.

Bob had thoroughly investigated every aspect of making ice cream on his dairy farm before proceeding, including attending a specialist course concerning recipe formulation.

Bob was impressed with how easily the machines could be operated and of course the competitive price was a deciding factor too!
